Your 7th House of Love, Marriage and Social Activities is not a House of Power this year, thus the year ahead seems a status-quo one. Marrieds will tend to stay married and singles will tend to stay single.
Being a Libra the social life is always important to you, but this year less so than usual. You seem content with the way things are and have no need to make major changes.
Your 5th House of Love Affairs (outside marriage) is very strong and very happy. This is where the action will be in the coming year. There is dating, there are love affairs, but not serious commitment.
Mars (the actual love planet) will go Retrograde on December 20 (and will continue well into 2010). So, this will be a year, especially during these Retrogrades, for reviewing your marriage and overall relationships and seeing where improvements can be made.
Not a time for making important love decisions, one way or another.
Singles don’t seem interested in marriage. They are having a big party on the love front. There is an abundance of opportunity. Looks to me like there are two important love affairs this year (there can be more, but we’re talking about the important ones).
One seems to be with a neighbour and the other someone who is either in the health field, or involved with your health or a co-worker. Both seem very spiritual and idealistic.
They are smart, educated and refined. Both just want to have fun, and this seems to fit in with your plans too.
They are fun to be with and that’s what counts. (There can be some interesting scenarios when these two meet each other, and it’s very likely that they will.)
Your most active social period in the year ahead will be from February 3 to June 6 – and especially from March 21 to April 20.
Siblings and children of marriageable age are having status quo social years; marrieds will tend to stay married and singles will tend to stay single.
The parents or parent figures are having their marriages (or serious relationships) tested.
Fundamentally sound relationships will survive, but flawed ones will probably end.
